To ensure every order arrives safely without risk of loss, damage, or very long transit times, we will pause all shipments starting July 14th. All shipping will resume on September 7th. What This Means: Orders placed by July 13th → Shipped as normal Orders placed from July 14th onwards → Will be shipped starting September 7th Special Thank You Reward As a token of our appreciation for your patience, we will add +1000 Loyalty Points to your account immediately after your order is shipped for every order placed between July 14th and August 31st.

HOW TO USE STORE CREDITS AND COUPON CODES

How to use the loyalty points/store credits:


1) Log in with your account details (please be sure the shipping address is correct and registered).



2) Add the items in your cart.

3) check the cart page and you will se a box with your loyalty points under the item list.



4) click on "add points" (please be aware the minimum purchase value for use the points/credits - shipping excluded - is 10.000 yen)

5) proceed with the order.

NOTE: Some Browsers dont show the loyalty points box  Please try different browser. If the box is still not appear, please send us a message before make the order.

How to use a discount coupon:



1) Log in with your account details (please be sure the shipping address is correct and registered)

2) Add the items in your cart.

3) proceed to the check out page and leave the points box empty (do NOT click on "add points")



4) you will se the "discount code" box under the Shipping Address.

5) Add the coupon code and click "apply"



6) Proceed with the order.

 

Store credits earned cannot be used for add and pay items in an already closed order.

Credits can be used only in a new order/shipment.

When an order is clodes we will not accept changes or request for add others items in it.

NOTE: Loyalty Points/Store Credits Cannot be used at the same time. You can use only one.  Store credits or Discount Code.
