Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium, known as Phantasy Star: Sennenki no Owari ni (ファンタシースター 千年紀の終りに) in Japan, is a role-playing game in the Phantasy Star series. The game is highly regarded and considered one of the greatest Sega Mega Drive games as well as one of the greatest RPGs ever made.
Phantasy Star IV marks the end of the "classic" Phantasy Star series, and was the last to be released for the Sega Mega Drive. The series would continue after a six-year gap with Phantasy Star Online for the Sega Dreamcast. |
