We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders in our sole discretion based on objective security criteria, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, system abuse, commercial resale behavior, or automated purchasing methods (bots). For customers residing inside the European Union (EU/EEA), any cancellation of an already paid order will be justified by technical error, stock stockouts, or anti-fraud flagging, and a full refund of the amount paid will be issued immediately.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, due to the nature of vintage and retro collectible items, product descriptions, conditions, and packaging may vary. Visual media and item descriptions are provided to illustrate the products as accurately as possible. For EU customers, your statutory rights regarding products that do not conform to the sales contract remain fully unaffected by this section.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. Price changes will never affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for by the customer.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES & VINTAGE GOODS CONDITIONS

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products are subject to return or exchange strictly according to our separate Refund Policy. Since we deal primarily in vintage, used, and pre-owned retrogaming items from Japan, the customer acknowledges that minor cosmetic shelf wear, aging, and box degradation are characteristics of these collectibles and do not constitute a product defect unless specified otherwise.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION & ANTI-BOT PROTECTION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We actively monitor and reserve the right to prohibit and auto-cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or automated bot scripts. SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as currency converters or tracking widgets) or links directing you to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We have no control over these third-party elements and provide access "as is" without any warranties. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan. For consumers residing within the European Union (EU), this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the laws of your country of residence (including statutory 14-day withdrawal rights).
